Default Cleisostoma arietinum

One of my favorites, Cleisostoma arietinum is blooming. The flower itself is ~1/8 inch. So cute.

That is adorable. One question, it looks like it has roots rather than leaves. Is that what the leaves look like?

The leaves are terete and you are looking at them - the roots are the white parts in the last picture.

Ron is correct. It is a very interesting looking plant. It is more interesting as to how it puts out a new leaf. A new leaf comes straight out of the top of the plant, then the previous leaf moves horizontally.

What a petite flower, it is adorable. I love the leaves! I've never seen terete leaves before.
