Default vanda lamellata ( var remediosae ? ? )

hello !

I bought this plant a few months ago as a Vanda lamellata. It has just bloomed and now I have a doubt. I think it is looking like var remediosae. The tip is pink (it's not so clear on the pict, but it is) and the flowers are 4 cm (1.5 inch).

For yourself, what do you think lamellata or lamellata var remediosae ?

Thanks !

Wow, it is such a wonderful Vanda. I can't comment on which it is, but I say that I love it. That pattening of spots on the lower part of the flower is just perfect.

Thanks Rosie !
I looked again on internet and I really think it's var remediosae now. Because of yellow petals/sepals and light pink lip...

I think it's so close to make the call from pics but either way it is beautiful and I wish really really wish I had one. Congratulations.

Philippe, I'm not sure which one you have, but those blooms are beautiful. How big is the plant--and are the flowers fragrant? Can you post a picture of the entire plant, please? Thank you!

Steve

Hi Steve,
so here's the pict of the entire plant. It is a small size Vanda : 15 cm / 6 inch. There are 9 flowers and they're slighty fragant- specially in the morning. Each flowers are 4 cm / 1.5 inch. They are few roots by comparaison with many others Vanda.
I'm still thinking it's var remediosae due to yellow petals-sepals and pink lip, but maybe I'm wrong....

Very nice looking plant you have, Philippe. Hopefully someone on this site will be able to offer some valuable feedback to you confirming whether or not your plant is one of the remediosae types. Thank you for posting the picture of your plant.

Steve
