Default Aerides odorata in Bloom

I can't take credit for these blooms as I bought it in spike in June. 26 Very pretty pinkish/cream blooms, no smell that I can detect.

Very pretty blooms, Brenda. How long have they been open? The flowers on my odorata did have a nice fragrance, but only after they had been open for around five or six days. the scent was especially nice in the morning, but by evening it was undetectable.

Check out Clouds orchids, that's where I got this one, they have awesome healthy plants.

Steve, I was away for the long weekend, and came home monday to find some new and beautiful flowers on this one. They've only been open for a few days, so maybe there is hope that there will be fragrance yet. I'll be standing over it for the next few days checking anyways!

Yep, a bit of a fragrance now, the last few days kind of a citrusy/lemon smell. As Steve mentioned particularly strong in the morning/early aft. and is not fragrant in the evening.
