Not a Dendrobium but it sure is a lovely vandaceous species.

How many plants in that pot?

Very nice , mine is going to bloom in a few days too. Looking your pict makes me excited.
Agree with Tom, it is not a Dendrobium . This genus is part of Vanda alliance.
According to Eric A. Christenson, to who the name of this genera comes from, it is "an exciting addition to the tropical horticulture as well as a taxomonic bridge between the genera Aerides, Rhynchostylis and Vanda".
Your plants are amazing by comparation of mine and the flowers are wonderful. Congratulation !

How big do the plants need to be before they are of flowering size please?????

They will bloom from about 4" tall ... only one or 2 flowers.
