Default Vanda tessellata var alba : anomaly on flowers

Vanda tessellata var alba has just bloomed and surprise : 2 of the flowers are really sticked together to make a new flower. Quite strange.

Hi Philippe, It looks very pretty!
I had that happen to a phal this year & I've read other people experincing this also. I believe that 'twin /siamese' flowers last less, mine certainly did.

Hi Nenella,
and thanks for info. For myself, it is the first time that I have flowers like that, so I was surprised.

Is it a characteristic for the "tessellata" to have frilly petals, sepals, & lip? I've never seen before. Nice pics. beautiful orchids.
