Default Post Fay Blooms!

Hey Folks,

Well we just weathered TS Fay here in Naples Florida, and I thought it would be fun to post a few pics of the vandas currently in bloom in my collection. The pics aren't the best, as I just went out to the shade house without my tripod and started clicking away...I actually had 14 pics to share, but could only fit 10 in this thread...I hope you like what I selected.

The first is a shot of part of one side of my shade house with just the Vandas moved back in...the rest (cattleyas, dendrobs, oncidiums, cygnoches, ets...) go back tomorrow. :

The next 9 are as follows:
  1. V. Pachara Delight 'Pachara' AM/AOS
  2. Ascda. Motes Burning Sands ‘Mary Motes’ HCC/AOS
  3. Mkra. Chark Kuan
  4. V. Erika Cizek Dann 'David's Black Pearl'
  5. V. tessellata x V. Loke
  6. Ascda. Crownfox Delicious 'Marmalade'
  7. Trgl. brachiata
  8. Ascda. Princess Mikasa ‘Pink’
  9. Vanda seed pods

The 8 close-ups represent only a small portion of the 32 vandaceous plants that are currently blooming out back...can you guess why I love vandas so much?!

Awesome, especially Burning Sands...I love sanderiana hybrids (I'm assuming this is). I can't wait til I finish my greenhouse, I have some nice Vandas but they aren't getting enough light, right now. They are waiting patiently for their new home. Great pics!
