Default First time blooming

I have had this plant for about a year. Was bought as an immature plant that may bloom in 2 to 3 years. I got a great surprise today. I have this one and one on the other side that I can just barely make out. I also have 3 phals that just started producing spikes, but those were blooming when I bought them, about a year and half ago. Still a good feeling to happen in my care. This Rhyncostylis is the 1st plant that I got that was immature or a seedling that has produced a spike.

Thanks so far I have Phals, dendrobium Nobile and this in bud/spike. This is the 1st,1st bloomer, Still waiting to see if my Encyclia Codigera is throwing a leaf or a sheath. Still too early to tell but something is happening there, that one Ive had for a year and a half, grew like crazy in that time, but never spiked yet.
