Edited post. Error brought to my attention by Hakumin.

Neofinetia Takara Nishiki is known to mutate to the considered more desirable Takara Fukurin.

FYI, the Nishiki is a Shima and the Fukurin is a marginal striped.

My plant Neof Takara Nishiki purchased years ago initially formed a Takara Fukurin offshoot and now the original mother plant is mutating itself with its newest leaves to a Takara Fukurin.

It is also forming additional Fukurin offshoots.

Marginal variegation is fukurin

Fukiran is the common name for cultivated varieties of V. falcata.
