Default help with translation from Japanese

If any of you Neoficionados ( I am thinking of Hakumin but anyone is welcome ) could help me with the translation of this label, it would be great. A friend of mine just got this Neo straight from Japan and is wondering what secrets of Neofinetia culture could be hidden in this strange writing (no offense intended!)

Thanks a lot

So for the front of the tag:

世界の名花
World famous flower

Treasure of Japan

Fuuran

This product with strongly fragrant flowers has been propagated [by division] for sale.

Mericlones will not bloom for nearly 10 years

Propagated [divided] plants bloom more or less every year in June.

Fuuran have been adored for hundreds of years from the distant Edo Period.........
