Default Frustrated: what's going on here?


I thought the spots before were physical damage from when it was shipped to me by a forum friend here. The box got squished but it's been months now and these spots keep coming. I removed the badly damaged leaves two weeks ago and the plant looks like this again.

It was sprayed with clearys for rot but perhaps it needs it again? I'm open to suggestions. It gets the same treatment as all my neos and this is the only plant that seems to have this issue.

Thoughts?
