Ooo! Beautiful! I had one of these in my hand a couple weeks ago at the San Jose Orchid Expos. Put it down as I already had three others in my hands. Definitely on the wishlist tho! Why do you suppose you had trouble with this previously? Good growing!

Come on! You can hold only 3 Neos in 2 hands?
I just killed me previous one by watering it too much

hehe - I know, right? Seed Engei was the first stop I made at the event, and I figured there might be some other orchids I might want to get Maybe next time ...
Ah - glad you stopped doing that! It's fabulous!

Beautiful flowers and nice shots. Congratulations. I've never gotten mine to flower. I really need to have a talk with it now.
Cheers.

Seeing your two Neo's has made me think of getting one (hopefully I don't get too addicted, I am trying to save up for more phals!), and I was wondering where you got your Neo's, and if there is a good vendor right here in Canada.

Congratulations on the bloom. Such a beautiful flower. Does your plant have a scent to it? I bought one of these from Jason Fischer when he was up in Toronto a couple of weeks ago and I found a spike in it last week. I have bought four neos in a month, so I think that I have been officially bitten by the neo bug.....

What a wonderfully vibrant color. Is it as strongly scented as the standard white-flowered varieties?

I got it from Satomi (Seed-engei in the US), but in Canada we have a few vendors who may have it:
TG Orchids in Ontario, and a new Japanese Orchids seller in Ontario as well I recently discovered :
Flora Peculia, he has some amazing plants (haven't ordered any from him yet but very nice contact)
