Well, It's got 6 growths now. The cork slab it is on measures 8" x 4" (12 x 20 cm). The spikes are on the 2 most mature growths. The roots are now starting to go over the top of the mount- 2 have 'turned round' and growing back towards the bark slab, one is growing out into the 'air'. Hope this answers your question.

I noticed that mine is putting out a spike, finally. So, I guess I've joined the club.

It's beautiful Nenella. I enjoyed seeing your pictures of this plant, it has really grown!
I am soooo tempted to get one, how do you grow yours?

Thanks, I grow mine indoors. I always have in the highest light possible. As it is mounted on average I water every couple of days or when the spagh is crunchy.
Do get one!it's a very rewarding plant.
