After almost 3 months... How is this plant doing in S/H? Just curiosity... my plants are doing well in Sphagnum (japanese traditional culture)

Ramon,
I grow mine in sphag too so I've also wondered about S/H for the neos. Looks like Marco's post is from June of 2007 though so makes me even more curious how it's working for him.

so, then I am more curious than before to know what's the status of this plants after 15 months...

Ramon, I was thinking the same thing when I saw the s/h. I really do not like any of my orchids in moss. I either over or under water. It seems no happy medium for me in the water department when it comes to anything planted in moss.
