Default First Neos! Help!

hi all. i got two Neo. finetia 'Pine' x self seedlings in the mail today. they both came in plastic baskets, and i've read up on the traditional way to pot them (hollow centered sphag). Basically i just wanted to run these pics by everybody & tell me if things look on the up & up. i only paid for 1 Neo, but ended up with a 2nd one for free. the smaller one was added into the order. Got these from Olympic Orchids. Thanks for any advice, tips, or suggestions.

Here's both of them hanging together:

Here is the one I paid for:

And the bonus Neo:

Both of their root systems seem insanely healthy. Please feel free to be brutally honest about their condition. Thanks in advance for any help or harm.

-Ry.

I agree, you need smaller pots to pot them in. If you can't get any of the same kind right away, you could use the small 2" clay pots you can buy at you local home depot or one-stop-shop grocery store. Is there a reason you are not wanting to grow them they way they came? I'm assuming they weren't just shipped bareroot, but that is how they have been grown?
