New World Orchids 04.02.2008
First Spike Emerging 08.15.08!!
  • Leaf: Bean leaf
  • Tsukigata tsuke (cresecent moon shape)
  • Blooms: White with green tips.
  • Roots Tips: Transparent plum hue.
  • Distinguishing feature: Crazy roots (in this instance).
  • Fragrance: To be determined!
  • Alternate spellings:
Best Culture Tips: From Bailey, CO
  • Grown in an enclosed grow rack with T5 lighting. (medium light)
  • Humidity: 60%
  • Temp: High 80, Low 66 (Intermediate)
  • Really good air circulation
  • RO water
  • MSU fertilizer
  • KLN rooting hormone

Wow Gwen that looks great! I will have to look into their pots more when I get some extra $$$ and I don't put it towards buying orchids...lol.

I bought a bunch of them and each one is better than I expected and better than in the photos, absolutely gorgeous in person.

I can't decide just yet!

I'd like to use one of mine that is in bud. . .but Jasper (orange tabby) just bonked off two of the buds, on one of the Neos. lol

And I have more pots on the way. . .so not sure what to do, what to do, what to do. . .still playing.
