While individuals may bloom when smaller, my hisui in the photos above is about 6-7 inches across from leaf tip to leaf tip per growth. The clump is 5 growths total. It is also a division of the original.

The flowers are beautiful and seem to have more color than most... Is it perhaps due to being from an original
or should we all expect to see that much color on our Hisui?

It's partly due to being a division of the original since seed grown Hisui can be variable in color. But also, green flower neos tend to bloom out darker if given lower light and lower temperatures while the buds are developing. So while a bad hisui seedling won't ever get flowers as dark as these, you can encourage any hisui, seed grown or not, to darken its flowers at least a smidgen.
