Beautiful delicate flower....is it fragrant?

*this needs high humidity and moisture....this is used to a constant morning dew even on long dry spells for two months (February to April must have temps of 105F on the dry months in these months water it only once a week but the rest of the year constant water every other day)then a sudden monsoon downpour in July to september(so water this plant drenched)....
this is endemic to the Philippines and it is equatorial two seasons only...it doesnt know winter or frost....as a seedling, this was probably pampered in a greenhouse environment where the temperature and climate control is constant ....
when in spike; try bringing the plant to the steam shower every morning and place it in a bright shaded sun on your southfacing windowsill....always on the same spot=dont keep changing the position on your window. weekly weakly fertilizer.

How do you guys do that?
I don't think I could live without south facing Windows....
Actually all our windows face south except three which face west.

we are lucky to have standard US housing floor plan and you are in the South of California grow zone....Monika lives North in Canada and they have also the metric system and a totally different housing floor plan patterned after the Europeans....

Is that how it works?
I've always had south and west facing Windows. In all twelve countries I've lived in.
Maybe it's something my family subconsciously looks for in a house.

I correct myself; I am wrong = Canada must have dwellings with southfacing windows....it just so happens that Monika's place was not constructed with a soutfacing window.
