It is stunning! I bought an Angraecum about 6 months ago, it wasn't blooming, and it is still alive, but how should I look after it?

Sherry, I grow in a greenhouse so that it gets pretty good light.I really don't do anything special at all except water & feed along with everything else. It's the only angraecum I have.

That's so unique, love the softness of the bloom....spikie
We had a OB project (#2) with this little guy ... Angraecum Scottianum. I grow indoors, mounted on fir, mist daily, full dunk every 10 days, humidity varies 50%-70%. Very slow grower, or mine is still in ...

Nice one Jane! Don't know how I missed this one. I have two Angies, and still waiting on a bloom from one of them. Maybe I can't give them the light they need and still give them the humidity they crave.

OK Jane, you have us green with envy ... again.
We had Angcm. Longiscott 'Lea' in our collection once. It bloomed slowly (at least once a year for four years)and did moderately well until we re-potted it. Most Angraecoids hate having their roots disturbed and we killed it. We learned our lesson the hard way - so now when an angraecoid gets pot-bound, we crack the old pot and slip it, shards and all, into a larger clay container. We've also insisted that new angraecoids on our wish list come as mounted plants.
