Thank you BJ for your reply. I knew Mike had a few, I may just order a couple...why not. I think they are amazing in their tinyness and they selfseed as I understand.
Your stenostachya flowers are the color of mine and this is another favorite. This plant blooms for ages and everyone is dumbfounded by the flower size. That is a great picture I struggle getting a good shot of mine.

This is simply beautiful and breath-taking. I am in the process of setting up my own (8x8x12 exo terra). I hope mine looks half as beautiful as yours!

estación we made it to Sonoita and Elgin and went to three wine tastings. Very different landscape than Tucson. We enjoyed the rolling prairie and the mountains in the background.

I can not believe how much the terrarium has fill out in the last 6 months. It has turned into a jungle. I did a bunch of trimming before taking this picture and it does not show. Nothing blooming but the begonia, but it has a bunch of blooms. We are in OKC, but heading to the farm Wednesday for the last time. Not looking forward to getting fifty year of accumulation in the house ready to sell so we can go full time RVing. Happy Mothers Day to all you moms out there.

That really is a wonderful terrarium.
I'm a little confused by the very first photo you posted to this thread. Below the plastic horizontal pieces at the bottoms of the front glass doors, am I seeing the reflection of the table in the glass, or something in the terrarium?

Yes that is the table. I had intended to paint the bottom of the tank, but did not get it done before plants arrived. This is the area that I siphon from if needed. The three month in Arizona this was not necessary.

I have had it several years, but the leaves want to brown. It's at the bottom of the tank so not to much light, maybe to wet. I have another musciola on the back wall that I had thought I had loss, but several months later it came back from the tuber. Hope you find one.

I guess that I finally got the condition right for Sinningia (bright eyes). I had lowered the water level in the bottom of the tank, but the humidity level has remain the same. The media must have been drawing water and keeping the roots too wet. Just after lowering the water it put out new green leaves and a bud. Still not quite open, but getting close. Orchid Trichspalinx orbicularis in the background. Very interesting leaf color change as they mature.
