No, I haven't done it yet. When I checked it out about a year ago, he was selling smaller sheets and I was concerned about stitching or gluing them together to get the proper size. Now that he has the larger size sheets, I'm thinking about the cost of shipping (light weight but bulky). He lives not too far away from me, and while he doesn't take visitors, he does visit local clubs and shows. I'm thinking I may pre-order for an event and pick it up then.

Just curious, what did shipping come to if I may ask?

For mounting the plants to make up the wall, I'll probably stitch pieces of moss or mini Java fern rhizomes to the EcoWeb with a needle and some fishing line and then tie the ends off in the back where it won't show. Sort of like sewing buttons on.

Instead of using the screen and suction cups, I figured I would cut it to exact size of the back and maybe tack it in a couple of spots with a dollop of silicone. I need to re-scape the tank, so I'll drain, pull the gravel away from the back and attach the panel. Then spread the gravel back to pin the bottom in place.

For an effect like this Taiwan moss wall...

I also have mini narrow leaf Java fern I brought back from Jan Bastmeijer in the Netherlands I might use.

Hi Jim,some years ago I had 5 aquariums and the biggest one(55gal) was the best looking ever with many fish and beautiful aquatic plants,everything was growing like crazy and I have to trim it a lot ,but after a while when I started to be interested in orchids algae was started to grow and it was too difficult to get rid of so I have lost interest in it and right know I grow orchids and want to keep orchids in my aquarium.I remember Java moss because I had it too and it was beautiful.Good luck Jim

Hello Jim,I got ecoweb yesterday and shipping wasn't that bad I would say normal price not even $12 dollars for 4 pieces of 20 x 24 inch.If you want to buy bigger pieces it will cost you probably more because of the size of it.Thank you Ray

Jim,how are you doing and how is your project going?mine is not done yet,just buying stuff for it like misting system,ghost wood,funs.I have a lights already and some orchids.I have been thinkig of using this stuff of habacrete on my epiweb like Marty did but it seems like they are out of business and right now I am stuck because don't know what would I use instead.
