Update: by running fresh air thru tank at infrequent intervals (once or twice a day) I still keep tank at 93% humidity.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Ha ha I was just about to ask you, Hay what about air exchanging?!
With that high humidity I would still be a tad affraid of bacteria and fungus build up
Think I'm paranoid?

Don't know. We'll see after months of use. Right now no signs of mold other than normal white stuff that Physan gets rid of.
