Default new to orchid growing

I am so new to orchid growing I squeak. I want to build a terrarium to grow them. I have looked everywhere I can think of to find out how to convert a fish tank to a full fledged orchid machine.

Where do I go short of going out to buy a commercial one?

Gareth

Hi Gareth

I'm going to move your thread into our Terrarium forum...lots of us have tanks of some sort set up and you'll find all you need to know there

What orchids do you have so far?

Hi Gareth, and welcome- here at the OB you should find a wealth of information on how to do just that.

I'd also recommend reading some threads on vivarium construction at vivariumforums.com- they have a lot of relevant info, even if it isn't exactly orchid-specific.
