Default My Pleuro/cool orchid setup

Very rustic, but I think it will work. In the winter time I can maintain temps in the 50's to 60's no prob. And now thanks to my new mist fogger, I can get the humidity to to go into the 70's throughout the day and night. Also, because its next to a window, and since the tank is open the air circulation is unbeatable.

In the summer time, the tank is located next to an airconditioner which is capable of bringing the temperature of the room down into the 60's at night. I think I can do this.
So what do you guys think, will I bloom these guys?
List:
Masdevallia princeps
Pluerothallis palliolata
Orbis truncata

M. Roofus
M. Inca Snow
M. Red Baron
M. lamprotyria
M. floribunda

Some more on the way,
M. deceptrix
M. tovarensis
M. ayabacana
M. nemaniana
M. regina

I think it looks like you are going to make your plants happy! Although I don't have a mist fogger (for the most part, my ambient humidity is more than acceptable), I used the same principle of open top by a window for the air circulation. So far, its been working fine that way.

The mist really looks cool, though! I like it a lot.

We'll be waiting to see photos of the blooms!

Thanks Shakkai. What I did since the picture is to hang some of the Masdies lower so they could enjoy the mist a bit more.
I think the mist looks cool too. Especially when I walk in to the office early in the morning and its going.

Interesting idea, i hope it works out for you, i have been pondering a similar setup for cool growing Masdies and Dracs... unfortunately i can't think of an obvious way to keep it cool... maybe a humidifying air-conditioning cooler? or would that be too harsh?

P.S. You should see my fogger in my ghost box, i could only find the kind that comes with a colour-changing LED light.. my ghosts get to have an orchid disco every four hours!

Thanks for the comments guys!!
I timed it so it goes off for a few hours during the day, not at night though. Im not worried about ventilation since its next to the windy window.
How does a humidifying air conditioner cooler work?

I bet you got your disco fogger cheap, I saw them on ebay for half the price I paid including shipping.I was so mad. Mine comes with one LED light in red.
