VERY NICE, I especially like the large front for viewing. The corner design makes a large background surface for mounting. Thanks for showing this.

Renée, I think it is about 150-175 plants in the cabinet! And I have some more space in it .

Akhenaten, I have fronts but i took them away to get a better picture without glares.
For the lights, 4*54W T5 6500K and 1*150W MH 5600K.

And Yes, I have a problem with heat build up, mainly during the warm summer month.

Akhenaten, here you have closeups on the light! I plan to mount a fan to circulate more air around the light and maybe this will lower the temperature in the cabinet.

Light setup:

Very nice setup Magnus. That's a very clever light arrangement you have. Very good!

It looks like you use Ecoweb for your mounts? How do you like working with it?

Cheers.
Jim

Jim, Nope I do not use Ecoweb that is the cheap(?) copy of Epiweb.

I use Epiweb mainly becouse it is the origianal and not a copy, and it is what is sold in Europe!

and yes, I like it and so does my orchids!

Magnus;

I'm sorry, I meant to say Epiweb but mis-typed Ecoweb. I know it's a Swedish company and the original so it should be readily available for you.

I've always been impressed with the pictures in their gallery and have been thinking about trying some for a while.

I've also been thinking about trying some as the back wall of one of my aquariums to grow some of my aquatic ferns and mosses on.

What size do you usually cut your mounts too?

Cheers.
Jim

Thank you for photos You have a booming sophronitis!!! (on the photo with MH) I can't receive a blooming of my sophronitises. I think that they need cool temperatures, but you have a hot orchydarium. Take my congratulations!!!

How do you watering orchids?
And please say more about condition of you sophronitis grown: how do you often watering them, and what is the middle temperature?
