My Orchidarium Orchids in Bud
This is the same tank that has given me a floriferous Phalaenopsis lobbii, and Phalaenopsis Mini Mark. Now coming soon, new blooms!
Bulbophyllum dearei, this one has been growing in the tank since its inception 2 years ago. I recently started fertilizing and I guess that did it. Now its in bud!
Masdevallia floribunda, this one has bloomed a few times before, but rarely.
Macodes petola, two separate plants, both in bud!
Woo-HooOoooooo!
First pic, B. dearei, second pic, whole plant (the one with the big leaves), third pic, same as number 2, bud pointed out. 4th pi, M. floribunda, 5th pic whole plant. This one is nestled above B. dearei. Then the next two are the two different M. petola. Last pic is a pic of the orchidarium itself!
Sue, if you see this, those are your Ludisias that have taken over my tank!

Awesome, Tindo! Can't wait to see those blooms. Boy it's true, that Masdie floribunda is an ornery guy. Given both of our experiences with him, I think the taxonomists should change it's name!

Fantastic, Tindo. My Jewells are going to bloom as well. Please post pics to update us when the final events occur. Nice looking tank!

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

WOW, your setup is spectacular Tindo. Everything looks so lush and healthy. What are those 2 in the middle and I think, the same on the upper left with the thick stems, and 3 striped leaves on top?
It's all great looking.

Hey Tindo,
Those sure are some healthy looking plants you've got there. Well done!
I'm looking forward to pics of the blooms when they arrive.

Tin, that's just rockin'! Everyone else already said it, so lush and natural. Now that's what I'm talking about.
