Jonny, the setup looks great! I agree with Dave's suggestion of a mounting "wall"...there are so many options of material to use and how you'd like it set up. I'm picturing a long horizontal strip of something hung along the top in back filled with mini-mounts!

I'll post some more  in the morning. It has a few updates in it. I do have some long narrow wicker baskets already with some mini's in them. I also have some mounted that I'll get of all of that. The water reservoir will be added this weekend. I'm still waiting on an order to come in for a mini chid called PLEUROTHALLIS brighamii. I cant wait it's so small. I'll have to protect it from Calli my chameleon. I don't want it to get walked on by her. I cant wait to show you all what the orchidarium looks like now . I'll get the list of chids in my collection also listed.
Anybody got ideas on the warm/cold air humidifiers ducting that was mentioned earlier in the last post by me? Thanks for all the comments and helpful ideas I'm looking forward to keeping this going with you all on the progress.

 OK the new pics are in my gallery. Check 'em out and let me know what you think so far. Input please  Keep in mind this weekend I'm adding the water reservoir and false bottom, still wondering about hiding those humidifiers. The small aquarium is my Ghost Orchid.

The Chameleon is a Carpet, and in the tank is my ghost Poly lindeni. I've added even more to the tank yesterday I'll add those later.

Rain system
OK i just added simulated rain fall to my orchidarium. in stead of a misting system I figured that natural rain water would be a more natural environment, the chameleon likes it to since that is the only way he will drink water. it is gravity feed with a valve that a can adjust to simulate a lite rain fall or a heavy rain fall. It looks really cool. So natural rain that i collect in several large buckets is what I use. I am going to add even more simulated rain fall to it so that every orchid benefits from it and i don't have to open the orchidarium at all to water each of my orchids. I'm also going to place a clear plastic tubing to the humidifiers so that they can automatically fill when needed. The only time I will have to disturb the artificial environment i have created is to feed the chameleon which catches the crickets and insects I happen to find outside from my hand  So is this better than a misting system or what  What do you guys think?
I wish I could post a video so y'all could see it. I'll try and get a good picture of it. I've added so much more to it.
Also I have another question for y'all, sorry this post is so long, i am going to install metal halide lighting to the orchidarium. Think a 50 watt would be enough?
OK that's all I have I'm going to bed, thanks for taking the time to read this. I was just excited about the new addition to the orchidarium  give me some input!

I don't think you need metal halide. You could use compact flourescents or T5 bulbs. These run cooler, add just as much light and use less electricity.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

WOW! Sounds too cool! Can I run over and breed my little toads in you tank?  Just kidding, but the thing is they need simulated rain to breed.
Anyway, I think your chameleon and orchids will be very happy. But how will you keep them from getting crown rot?

Well most my orchids are mounted and hanging so they drain fairly quickly, the watering will not be everyday and there is plenty of air movement. The water is also heated by passing under my lighting. My Phals will need to be watched as they are about the only orchids not mounted. my Minni's are soon to be mounted also so they should not be an issue either. I'll just have to keep an eye on them.
