Default Non Orchid question (EDITED)

Sorry to ask this here, but you are the plant people to me.

I got a pin cushion plant at the super market and placed it today in my viv. Gives alot of color. Its scientific name is Nertera granadensis. Does anyone know if it could be dangerous to small toads, or if it will make it in vivarium conditions?

Here is a pic
