Phalaenopsis sanderiana ('Silver Leaf' X 'M312')

First seedling to bloom.
We are used to see pink flowers from this species - hybridizers favor deep pink color. However there are white colored flowers too - with hint of pink.

That's beautiful, Peter! One of mine opened its first flower (this year) on Easter Sunday. Mine is less pink than yours, though still pink. These are a delightful species!

I favor this kind of light pastel pink over the dark pink for some reason!

I like the sanderianas with light pink blush with a solid white lip, tipped with a greenish callus. Like an albescent. Very striking combination!
