I would definitely check the roots for rot.

I've checked the roots and she's only one good root left. I soaked her a while in water with rooting hormone. Hopefully that will work. I have to get me a little transparent pot so I can check the roots without having to take the plant out of the pot. Or would it perhaps be better to mount her?
