Phalaenopsis rosea Female

phalaenopsis rosea used to be an accepted species and was later added to the equestris.
Some growers still use the rosea name for this very specific orchid.
However you call it, using the new form : equestris var. rosea or the old one: rosea, it is still a beautiful plant!

Thanks Mira-Claude, I had no idea it was actually called Phal. rosea before.

Well, happy news about this little guy; it has grown roots and leaves like crazy and has now decided to put out, not one spike, but TWO. I discovered the second spike only a couple of days ago and I'm so happy. It seems it has adapted quite well to my conditions.
