Default Phal equestris var semi-alba

Got this one a few weeks back in bud. The pot has 3 plants in it, each with a spike. The first spike is finally blooming!

Pic is a bit dark, I took down the photo set up before checking the pics on the PC, and I don't feel like installing everything again... Maybe tomorrow!

Thanks Chryss!

One thing that just doesn't show up in photos is the very slight tinge of pink at the base of the 2 side petals. And the lip has a bluish tinge to it which somewhat shows in the pics.

Yeh, I've been cursing my camera for not getting colors right ! Then I talked to the photoWiz doing the pix for the AOS judging and he had what it sounds like you have = the camera to laptop setup. He showed me how to tweak the pix so the colors come out right and I've TOTALLY forgotten everything he said because he wasn't speaking in AMERICAN or even English !!!

Mine gets most colors right, it just has trouble with faint hints of color and also anything that's purple tends to come out a bit blue-ish. And it oversaturates the bright reds.

I'm saving up for a DSLR right now, hopefully I can get it early next year. I have a good compact camera overall, but it does have some limitations and I want to go further in photography.

Looks Gorgeous Camille!

I had a similar problem last night. Lots of pics on different settings, only when looking through after we had packed up the camera and backdrop and I looked through did I decide that a particular f-stop with a different exposure would have been best. I didn't want to get everything out again so just tried to brighten it a little on the PC.
