Thanks everyone! Due to three family tragedies back to back last december, my orchids (for the first time ever) were not even thought of for over a month, and only the strongest made it through. Now that things are getting back to our new normal, its amazing to see what survived, and heart breaking to see pictures of the really special ones that didnt. I checked in with Paramount, and out of all the different varieties listed, they only have rosea left. I am definitely keeping my eyes open for more, and would love to collect all the varieties eventually!

What a loss! What a loss. It was a real performer.

Hi Cavs n' Orchids.
I am very sorry for your loss. I am in process of getting these: Phal. equestris ‘Blue’ BM/TOGA X self and Phal. equestris var. alba from Kingfisher Orchids here in Canada. If you are interested - check them out too. I hear they are a good vendor with nice plants. |
Thanks Orchideya! I sent them an email, and hope to order from them. How are their prices?
|
They are ok for the selection they have. While there are some hybrids priced at $150, the two above varieties of equestris are $35 and $45, probably the same you would pay at Paramount.
