How are you growing it, and what conditions does it have? I don't know if you have other species phals, but if you don't, usually the species need higher temps than most of the hybrids. That could explain the slow growth. Some plants also sulk a while if the growing conditions are completely suitable. With more info it will be easier to help you!

I'm not a big Phal guy, but from what I understand Phal bellina is a summer bloomer. It could just be on a different "schedule" than most of the others in your collection.

Your plant looks to be healthy. Phal. bellina tends to be a quite slow grower, especially until it reaches blooming size.

Keep in mind also that on windowsills at time of year growth slows down a lot since there is less light and it's cooler. Most of my phals (hybrids and species) do their leaf growing between April and September.

I would suggest bumping your light up a bit if possible. I find all my Phals, but the species in particular do better with more light. Just slightly less than Catt light. That said your leaves look nice and light green just like they should. It may have just finished maturing a leaf before you got it and is taking a break.

The plant may also need some time to get used to your conditions if they are different from the conditions it was growing in previously.

Give it time. It'll grow new roots and new leaves.

I wouldn't go too bright with Phal bellina. It looks like yours gets enough light. It's the proper light green as it is.

Like Camille says, the heaviest growth is normally from mid spring all the way through early to mid fall.

Others have said it may need time to adjust, I agree.

It's fine, there's no need to worry.
