Default Phalaenopsis philippinensis

This species has been one of my collection for over a year. At first I didn't pay too much attation on it and grew in a poor condition.
This year it blooms again but only 1 spike and few buds, I think it is my fault. I have seen this speices with flourishing flowers. The older it gets, the more flowers it outputs.
So I decide to take more care of it now.
Last week I visited my friend's nursery again and found some of this species in blooms. Unlike other popular species, they didn't deserve a lot of care.
I took one home and found this individual was very special.
Flower is larger than my former, the leaf is in silver color, and the most interesting is it has pleasant fragrance in the morning.

Wow, you got a lovely plant! Congratulations. Phal. philippinensis is one I especially like, and sincerely wish that mine would bloom as nicely.

The phillippinensis was my first mottle leaf phal and is still my favorite. The blooms are exquisite but the most interesting thing about them is the blooms open almost all at once.

Beautiful plant Edward.
