Phalaenopsis javanica issues.

Hello. My Phalaenopsis javanica is having these issues: the youngest leaf is turning yellow from the tip and getting some brown spots.

It was repotted two weeks ago into pure Orchiata, the roots are fine.

What could be causing this?

For now I have applied systemic fungicide and I will apply hydrogen peroxide to the brown spots. I'll see how it looks in around a week.

Anything else you think I should consider?

It is with many other Phals and Nepenthes on a north facing windowsill. There is a humidifier on 24/7 maintaining a relative humidity of around 60%. Strong growlights at a good distance are provided. Where the Phals are, it reads around 80-110 PPFD.

Skip the peroxide, and especially keep it away from roots.

Well, I was planning on applying it only on the brown spots with a cotton swab in case this is bacterial.

Any other suggestions?

You will essentially never see bacterial nor fungal issues unless ambient humidity is regularly over about 75-85%, or if ambient temperatures are incorrect. Most leaf spots are due to cultural issues or arthropod pests. I'm going to guess the leaf edge browning is due to a period of low humidity, or perhaps thrips or spider mite damage. Those bugs can damage new leaves long before they unfold.

None applies. The plant has been carefully inspected and there is no insect pest. There is a humidifier providing constant 60% humidity, like I mentioned.

And yes, fungus and bacteria infections can still be present in lower humidity.

Do the roots look good?
It seems to be potted in bark. Even though a Phalaenopsis shouldn’t dry out, the medium should be allowed to approach dryness.
