For the first part of your question, I added most of that info in the comments towards the end of the first page. I should have put that in the first part of the thread. Sorry! For drainage- I have a drainage layer in the bottom with LECA topped with an inch of sphag. I just manually suck out the water collected on the bottom with a turkey baster which I only need to do about once or twice a month. The thought of drilling glass scares the crap out of me honestly lol.
