Spike Stopped growing.

Hey Snowflake, what do you mean by spike stopped growing? Maybe you could show a picture? With the complex hybrids it happens that they will grow slowly dependant on the temperatures. They do like warm-ish surroundings. Or maybe you are checking up on the plant too often and it looks like its not growing :-)

I keep logs of my orchids. When they spike how big the spike is and how long it took to bloom. It has been a month of no growth at all. I thought maybe it was me checking it too much but it's not the spike has stopped growing . I moved it back under the light's I will just leave it alone and hope it starts growing again.
