Its not fungus. Your plant is not sick. It is reacting to your environment. It is used to high humidity and moisture, warm temperature with bright light....when it reached your indoors environment it triggered its autumnal instincts and will shed its leaves. I suggest you take it with you on your morning showers to give it moisture and warmth....hopefully the spike wont blast. Its still warm outdoors .... bright and humid in PA maybe it will revive and perk up.

....I repotted mine and it is sulking....maybe next year it will bloom again
