By the way, I have this same plant. It's Wilsonara Aloha Sparks "Pele's Glow" Mine is growing very well, which is a nice surprise.
Good luck!

The first is next to my Milt to compare size.
The second is just a close up
The third...its a different Oncs all together. very large blooms but small in size. Pbulbs are small like my others on this forum.

They're all lovely! that last one could be a Wilsonara, tho they don't all have the same shape and size (I have one with largish, full blooms, but is the only Wils. I have seen that looks that way)

Its funny, because I have not seen any that look like this since and it was actually my first Oncidium. It made me break my Phal obsession. It was always about 70 percent chance I'd make a Phal mad transferring it and 30 percent chance I wouldn't. I found its total opposite with my Oncidium alliance. I went back to that same store and left with Oncidiums again instead of Phals. Failed my first Zygo, didn't kill it but lost my blooms...after experiencing how resilient pbulb orchids are I find its so much more rewarding with pbulb orchids. Though I do wish it was different with Phals, but I fail more Times than succeed. I have not lost one of my Oncidium alliance. Just Phals.

I would wait for these senior members to help you. They are wonderful. I am a total newbie with Oncidiums myself. Any Phal questions I can help.

I would guess it needs something it's not getting - could be more light, fertilizer. Or could be lack of good roots from either too much or not enough water. Are the pbulbs plump and big? Does the new growth foliage come in smooth or is it pleated?

I still struggle growing Phals, and have had much more success with Onc alliance, and other orchids with pbulbs also - they have the stored resources to use should you muck things up badly
