Again, if we raise the price limit the amount of plants become huge. Plus, if we raise the US limit, it raises all others because if we happen to choose an plant that is $25 it'll be more expensive for others.

It's about availability. We have lots available so it's generally cheaper than anywhere else. Just the way it is. We have a list of almost 20 plants to choose from. I just don't see why it's an issue.
