too hot is it??

the winter and rainy season is nice and cool here but the summer(4months)is extremely hot which is always above 40 celsius and it was 40 celsius last night!!
can i somehow grow any types of orchids(want to grow vandas and cycmbidium)outside with shading??
and can i grow dendrobiums and phalaenopsis in like 35-36 celsius?? with a lot of aircirculation.
