Help save this orchid

Hi yall, sorry for the late response. I've had some recent life happenings that's kept me away.

Thanks for the welcoming and all the advice. The orchid is starting to look better. The new growth is bigger and the older big leaf has some new growth coming from the stalk. Yall mentioned not to cut anything but I was thinking the old, dead spike should be trimmed off? Also should I trim the dead part from the original big leaf? Thanks again.
