Default "Ceramsite" Colorful leca?

A new-to-me product coming out of Asia. It's being advertised as "ceramsite" or "haycite" or "carbon clay ball"
but it appears to be colorful leca. Has anyone seen/used this stuff? I have to admit it looks cute.

I had never heard of it before, but looking it up, it looks like ordinary, low-grade, Chinese LECA to me. And overly expensive, at that.

The color is determined by the particular clay used as a raw material and the firing used in the process.

Not all brands of LECA perform the same in orchid culture. HERE is an example.

I think it looks nice but I haven't seen it in the UK! I'd definitely give it a try if I did see it. For now, I will just continue to use the brands that are locally available.
