I found this in Orchidwiz, so it seems one of those labels are incorrect:

Epicyclia Mabel Kanda (Encyclia cordigera x Epidendrum densiflorum)

I doubt if you'll be able to get the correct info from the company You may have to wait for a bloom to see if it's actually Epi Mabel Kanda or a cross of those two parents listed on the inside tag, which should not be capitalized...they're both species

Hello everyone, I am new on here and have already posted a few responses to other postings, but I bought an 'Epidendrum Mabel Kanda' from home depot which looks just like the picture posted of the rootbound plant. Mine has many pseudobulbs but the highest one is about 5 - 6 in. tall and still in the pot I bought it in but I havent had the best luck with that one. How has yours done so well and what have you done for it? Mine is just now starting to send out new growth but it doesnt grow very fast from what I saw and it likes to stay fairly dry and aired out from the culture I have tried. My plant grows pretty slowly for an epidendrum but I keep it because the flowers have a pink labellum and column tip with the sepals and petals a light green color and I like that color scheme. Is that what yours looked like when it was in bloom? Maybe mine is the same kind, but I have not been able to get info at all about parent plants. Advice for people who think about buying from home depot- dont do it. If anyone wants to talk about specifics my email is jerseykidd81@hotmail.com thanks
