Question changing to S/H shortly after repotting in fir bark

Hi there,
I recently repotted most of my orchids in bark and later learned about s/h. I would like to try some of them in s/h but am wondering if changing at this point would stress them out? Thank you in advance for your help.

If the plants are in active growth - growing new roots - it's probably not a big deal.
