hehe..

check ray's website... he developed and patented the method... you can find great advice there: All about Semi-Hydroponics

Ray is also a member in OB, and I am sure he will jump in and provide some advice...

as newbie with orchids, I would also suggest to check this First Rays' Free Info

pros and cons? well... it always depends on your growing conditions... if you read teh links we have provided to you, and the entries in teh S/H forum, you will get a bett understanding of the whole method...
