Oncidiinae intergenerics LOVE semi-hydroponics, in my experience.

I have both plants growing that way.

Hi,

I my Adgm. Summit "FrenchTown' in SH and it is loving it! It tried to commit suicide with rot and tried to take some of my other plants with it.

When it showed some signs of improvement (with liberal applications of Physan, cinnamon, and anything else I could think of) I popped it into SH and now it is growing some VERY good looking roots.

If you are seeing new growth from your Frenchtown, go for it!

Herf, my sugar baby love SH. Last year I had two spikes about 4 feet tall. What a great smell. It loves it and I have two spikes again this year. They are growing taller each day. Enjoy. Betty

My Sharry Baby has three spikes. Would it be safe to move it to S/H now or wait until it finishes blooming....

It's only in early spike. I know it's o.k. to re-pot phals any time but was wondering about Sharry Baby.
Thanks,
Al
