I don't know how I missed this. Sorry for the late reply. This is Hydroton. The balls range from 1/4" to about 5/8". Everything I have used it on seems to like it.

Thanks Dusty. Picture was deceiving. It looked like the really large LECA and was wondering where you got it. DCoconuts gave me a little some time ago, but his source only sells local.
