You should be able to grow those plants all year with that exposure. My sister grows Phals and Paphs in her sunroom all year. The windows face south and east and they are right on the sills.

I use Aluminet 50% now, then switch to 60% when it starts getting hot in the summer. It keeps the the greenhouse cooler that way. Outdoors you would probably do well with that range.
