I am going to repot it tomorrow in some fresh sphag and I think I'll move it a little further away from the window as it does have a burnt leaf. I really hope that'll solve the problem....

That is beautiful. I just got one of these a few months ago. It was in bud when I got it and all of them opened shortly thereafter. Only one of the blooms had this coloration though - the rest stayed...
